Terms of use and disclaimer
Please read this page before relying on anything published here. By using Capital Markets Bulletin you accept the terms set out below.
This is journalism, not advice
Capital Markets Bulletin is a news publication. Everything on this site is published for information purposes only. Nothing here is investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation, inducement or invitation to buy, sell or hold any security. We do not rate securities, we do not publish price targets, and we do not tell readers what to do with their money.
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Securities of the issuers we write about may not be registered or qualified for sale in every jurisdiction, and it is your responsibility, not ours, to know what applies where you are.
We are not your adviser and no reader relationship creates one. Decisions about securities carry the risk of loss, including total loss, and they are yours alone. Take professional advice that accounts for your own circumstances before you act.
Accuracy, sources and what we cannot promise
Entries are built from primary sources — company releases, exchange bulletins and regulatory filings — and each one lists the sources it rests on. Where a statement comes only from an issuer's own release and we have not been able to confirm it independently, it is flagged on the entry itself as a claim to verify. That flag means what it says.
Even so, this site is provided as is and we give no warranty that it is accurate, complete or current. Sources are themselves sometimes wrong, releases are amended and corrected after publication, and figures go stale. Market levels shown on the site are delayed and are not a real-time quote or an execution price; they must not be used for trading, valuation, settlement or any other purpose that requires accurate pricing. Where no reliable free source exists for a figure, we omit it rather than estimate it — an absent row is deliberate.
Forward-looking information
Reports frequently describe an issuer's stated plans, intentions, timelines or expectations. That is forward-looking information: it reflects what the issuer said at the time, not what will happen. Exploration results, financings that have been announced but not closed, and conditions still outstanding may never come to pass. We do not undertake to update an entry as circumstances change, beyond correcting errors of fact.
How entries are produced
Entries are drafted with the assistance of a large language model working from the primary sources listed on each entry, and are then checked by a separate automated editorial review that reads the draft back against those sources and holds anything it cannot verify. Held items are not published until a person resolves them. This process is described plainly because readers are entitled to know how what they are reading was made; it reduces the risk of error but does not eliminate it.
Card images are illustrations rather than photographs of anything real. They never depict an actual transaction, company, person, document or chart, and they are not evidence of anything.
Independence
We do not accept payment, securities or other consideration from issuers, their advisers or their investor-relations representatives in exchange for coverage, for the way a story is written, or for its placement. Coverage is not for sale. If that ever changes for a particular item, that item will say so prominently.
Third-party links and the industry wire
Each section may carry a wire of third-party industry news: a headline, a one-sentence summary written here, the publisher's name and a link. The wire links out and never reproduces — the article remains on the publisher's own site and the click goes to them.
We do not control, endorse or take responsibility for anything on a site we link to, including its content, its accuracy or its own privacy practices. Following an outbound link takes you out of Capital Markets Bulletin and out of these terms.
Intellectual property
The entries, summaries, layout, typography and compiled data on this site are the work of Capital Markets Bulletin and are protected by copyright. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and link to it freely. You may not republish an entry in substance, scrape the site systematically, or reproduce the placement tracker or the calendars as a dataset, without written permission — except as the data is made available through the API described below.
Headlines, company names and trade marks belonging to others remain theirs and appear here for identification and reporting purposes only.
The API
Capital Markets Bulletin publishes its data in machine-readable form at
/api/v1/: the current issue, published entries, the markets
boards, the placement tracker, the exchange record and the wire. It is
offered as a convenience and on these conditions: anything displayed or
derived from it must name Capital Markets Bulletin as the source and link to the
corresponding page; it may not be resold or offered as a data service in its
own right; and every disclaimer on this page applies to it exactly as it
applies to the pages. Market levels served through it are delayed, not
real-time. It may be changed, rate-limited or withdrawn at any time without
notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capital Markets Bulletin and anyone contributing to this publication are not liable for any loss or damage — including trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential loss — arising from your use of this site, from reliance on anything published here, from an error or omission, or from the site being unavailable. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case this clause applies as far as it is permitted.
Corrections
We correct errors of fact promptly and note the correction on the entry rather than removing it. If you believe something here is wrong, tell us and we will look at it: info@cmbulletin.com. If you are an issuer we have written about, that is the fastest route to a correction.
Changes
We may amend these terms. The version on this page is the one in force, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
